Villa B

One of the highlights of 2024 for KM is stepping into the magnificent Côte d’Azur.

Villa B will be raised with sustainable construction principles in the footsteps of a 1950s stone house in a very privileged part of Parc de St. Tropez, facing the village over monumental stone pine trees, a tree symbolic of the region.

The 6,500 sqm plot will hold a welcome courtyard, the main house, outdoor and indoor pools and spa, a pool house, guest house, garage and annex, and a full moon pagoda. A holistic design approach will ensure that the users of the project will get to enjoy all aspects of the land, landscape and view in various times of the day or the year.

The aim of the project is to forge a strong link between indoor and outdoor spaces using the topographical advantages, creating vast calm spaces without making the structure overtly visible. Locally sourced materials will be preferred as much as possible. Serene, dimly decorated spaces in earthly tones reflecting the marvelous colour palette of Côte d’Azur, extracting the endless rich aromas of Mediterranean life will be the main characteristics of the living areas.
