Aegean Escape

Modern yet full of summer breeze.. Located on the beautiful Aegean coast, across the bay from Bodrum, this three storey contemporary villa is part of an exclusive project designed by architect Carlos Ferrater. For this particular project KM selected a soft palette of whites, earth tones and natural textures with carefully placed contrasting blacks. The furnishings tailored to the residence are designed to complement a number of artworks that the owner has acquired from around the world. Others were purchased specifically to enrich the summery Mediterranean ambience with a contemporary twist. Equipped with a garden and swimming pool, the three storey family house also contains a small patio. A separate common area was needed for the family’s four young children. KM designed a colorful canopy of surf boards that hovers above the children’s lounge, a playroom to capture the children’s attention and stimulate their imagination.
