Lavanta Houses

Set on the hills of Kalkan, the village formerly known as ‘Kalamaki’ in Greek, Lavanta Houses were designed to provide their inhabitants with "Bennessere” which can be defined as comfort, prosperity and well-being in a Mediterranean way. In a vest terrain of 125 acres, the houses are all two storeys high with individual swimming pools and gardens and come in eight different types.

The ground floors’ interior and exterior were designed to meet every possible need, designating the second floor as the sleeping area only. Every aspect of the interior, from the floors to the walls to the furnishings, is crafted from natural materials and treated with simplicity. Bleached oak was the primary choice of material that reflects the classic Mediterranean style with ease. Decorated using an intentionally light palette made up primarily of white and ecru, harmony is created with a sense of peace, leaving the spotlight to the natural blues and greens of the region.
